Guest messaging

Every guest, one thread

Booked reservations and cold enquiries land in the same inbox, routed automatically. Reply once, in context — with the reservation, door code and check-in details right beside the conversation.

Unified guest inbox — Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com threads with stay status
One inbox, every channel

Stop switching apps to answer a guest

Messages from every channel — and enquiries that haven't booked yet — arrive in a single feed, each tied to the right property and stay.

One merged feed

Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com conversations in a single view. No tab-hopping to find who asked what, where.

Enquiries never missed

Unbooked enquiries live in a separate corner of the channels — MultiStay pulls them into the same inbox and routes them so a hot lead doesn't slip away.

Context beside the chat

The reservation, check-in details and door code sit right next to the thread — answer "what's the code?" without digging.

Reviews you can reply to

Read guest reviews and post your reply from the same place — no separate trip to the channel to respond.

Checked-out guests too

Replies from guests who've already left still surface, so a late question after checkout doesn't vanish.

Scoped per property

Filter to one home or read the whole portfolio at once — the inbox re-scopes with the property switcher like the rest of the app.

Reply in context

Answer once, with everything in front of you

Every thread carries its stay. When a guest asks about arrival, the reservation dates, check-in window and access code are already on screen — so a good reply takes seconds, not a hunt through three apps.

  • Reservation & check-in details pinned beside the thread
  • Door code surfaced from the check-in message
  • Outbound replies sent back to the guest on their channel

The right message at every stage of the stay

Write a message once and MultiStay sends it on cue — a booking confirmation, check-in details the morning of arrival, a mid-stay nudge, a checkout reminder. Guests feel looked after around the clock while your inbox stays quiet.

  • Triggered by booking, check-in and checkout milestones
  • Personalised with the guest's name, dates and door code
  • A master send switch keeps automation paused until you're ready

Messaging questions

Which channels feed the inbox?

Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. Booked-guest threads and unbooked enquiries both merge into the one feed.

Where does the door code come from?

The channels don't expose a door-code field — the code lives in the check-in message body. MultiStay surfaces it from there so it's beside the conversation when a guest asks.

Can I reply from MultiStay?

Yes. Replies you send go back to the guest on their original channel, and the outbound message is saved to the thread.

Can I reply to reviews?

You can read reviews and post a reply where the channel allows it. Review handling depends on each channel — Airbnb supports host replies.
