Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MultiStay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The service

MultiStay is a property-operations platform that helps short-term rental hosts manage calendars, cleaning, guest messaging, smart locks, climate, and monitoring across connected channels and devices. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the actions of team members and contractors you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights when using the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload malware or use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages.
• Misuse guest personal data or violate any channel's or provider's terms.

5. Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party platforms and devices (including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Seam, and Layla). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or acts. Connections may break or change if a provider changes its API.

6. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to provide guest and property data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Plans & fees

Some features are offered on paid plans. Fees, billing cycle, and any free tier are described at sign-up or on [pricing page]. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing cycle.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by MultiStay and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data synced from third parties will always be accurate or timely.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiStay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MultiStay harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content or data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and the courts of Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
