1. Who we are

MultiStay ("MultiStay", "we", "us") is a property-operations platform for short-term rental hosts, operated by Sahdsoft Tech LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. We are the data controller for account and marketing data, and a data processor acting on your instructions for the guest and property data you manage through the platform.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information from connected services

When you connect a channel or device, we receive data from that provider on your behalf — for example reservations, guest names and messages, calendars, smart-lock status, thermostat readings, and noise/occupancy signals.

Information collected automatically

3. How we use information

We do not sell personal information.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service; your consent (which you can withdraw); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Guest data & host responsibilities

Much of the data in MultiStay concerns your guests. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share it, and for providing your guests with any notices required in your jurisdiction. We process it only to provide the service to you.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a limited period to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs. You can request deletion as described in section 8.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us (section 13). You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break sign-in.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by third-party service providers that help us operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children

MultiStay is a business tool not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
